Quotation before dispatch

The cart creates an order request, not a final sale. Product grade, concentration, pack size, GST, freight, hazardous-goods handling and availability are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice.

Dispatch

Stock products are generally targeted for dispatch within 2–3 working days after payment and final technical confirmation. Made-to-order and custom formulations require a timeline stated in the quotation.

Freight and delivery

Freight is calculated using the destination PIN code, total shipment weight, packaging classification and transporter requirements. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and may change for regulated or remote-area deliveries.

Inspection

Inspect packages on receipt. Record visible damage on the transporter document and notify the company promptly with photographs, batch details and invoice number.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellation is subject to written approval before dispatch. Custom formulations, opened chemical packs and products requiring controlled handling are generally not returnable. Any accepted return must follow the company’s written safety and transport instructions.
